Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

Yes, for most products you can make the following changes to your order after it’s been placed and before it’s sent to print:

Please note: If the product you have ordered not include a proof, we are unable to modify your order once it has been submitted, as it goes directly to print.

 

To change your order after it’s been placed, visit your order detail page, which can be accessed by following these steps:

1)     Login to www.minted.com

2)     Click ‘Orders’ (top right hand corner)

3)     Click the Order Number of the order you wish to change

4)     Click the green ‘edit design’ link to edit your design (including text and photos), or the green ‘change options’ link to change your paper type, envelope color, or quantity.

5)     You may also click the green ‘edit’ links to edit your shipping address and shipping option.
