Promotions and discounts

Unless an exception is explicitly stated, coupons and promotional discounts are limited to one per order, including coupons purchased from third-party sale sites. Minted reserves the right to discontinue products, change prices, or deactivate promotions without notice.

Promotional codes will fail under the following conditions:

  • A promotional code has already been applied to your order. In this instance, you will need to choose one code that provides the best discount for your order.
  • Voucher or dollar off coupon has already been applied to your order. Vouchers purchased from third party sale sites, and other Minted credits, may not be combined with any other offer, including an active promotion available on minted.com or via promotional emails.
  • Same promotional code applied to a previous order. Most of our promotional offers are available for one-time use only and will not apply to a subsequent order.
  • Expired code. Minted can not honor expired promotional codes or coupons. 

Selecting a promotional code:

We recommend selecting the promotional code that works the best for your particular order. Current promotions are listed on the Promotions page.Once you have placed your order, Minted is unable to retroactively apply or change the promotion associated with your order.

When to contact customer support:

If you encounter the following scenarios, please allow our customer service team to support you:

  • If your promotional code will not apply, and you have verified that you are only using one code (including any third-party sale vouchers), which you have not already used, and the code has not expired, please contact us.
  • To place an order that is larger in quantity than the maximum available on our site, we offer a 15% discount on the entire order, plus tax and shipping. Please place your order, and respond to your order confirmation email with a request for the 15% bulk discount, as well as the total quantity that you would like included in your order. A representative will update your order and send you a confirmation email.
