If you decide to cancel your order before our designers have created your proof, we are happy to refund your purchase. If you decide to cancel your order after our designers have created your proof, we are happy to refund your purchase minus a cancellation fee of $25. Once you approve your proof, or if your order does not include a proof, we are unable to change your order. While we can’t refund your purchase, we will assist you with a discounted reorder. Of course, if the error was ours, we will reprint the order at no cost to you. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
